i love her so much and am so thankful for her.
the wedding turned out wonderful!
the weather was perfect.
the bride looked gorgeous and everything worked out magically.
maglebys catered the food which was delicious.
i even did a "little" speech in front of everyone which is totally not my forte.
so of course, we had to get pictures outside..
they are blurry but you get the picture :)
then saturday.
may 8, 2010
the big day.
they got married in the Salt Lake City Temple.
i was left with the 3 beans while everyone else went to witness the marriage.
i wore these red heels that i've had for about 2 years now. well, you see..my feet have been a size 6 or 6.5 ever since i was like 12 or something. so all of my shoes fit. but for some odd reason, when i bought these red heels 2 or so years ago, i got a size 5.5..i must have been oblivious or something because when i wore them on saturday morning, they were so painful! and with having 3 little beans, that was definitely not a smart idea for me to do. i took them off and put them in the stroller but everyone kept looking at me funny.
oh well.
at that point i decided that beauty is pain.
for us chicas sometimes to have something look nice, pain is worth it.
for me at least.
they ended up looking great with the outfit so i couldnt turn back
:)
after the temple marriage we had a few hours to spare before we had to go to the venue where the wedding was being held so a few people in my fam and i went and ate at sweet tomatoes. yum yum.
then we went straight to the springville art museum for pictures and the reception.
i had my sister take a picture of landon and i with my 2 nieces so that i could post it on here. but as for the reception pictures and details, i'll leave that to the amazing rebekah westover.
this will do for now..
once i get more pictures i will definitely post them.
but everything about this day was great.
it was everything they wanted.
congrats to the newlyweds!
